By the way, I just started Umbrella Academy on Netflix and I almost hate myself for looking down on it. It’s actually really good and addictive. It’s about a fantastic and brilliantly conceived look into a highly dysfunctional and wonderfully funny family of superhuman children who have now grown up and their lives have all changed for the worse: once media superstars constantly bathed in the spotlight of public attention, the members of the Umbrella Academy are split up, missing, or even dead. Fast forward to the present time, when the six surviving members of the clan reunite upon the news of their adopted father's passing, but divergent personalities and abilities again pull the estranged family apart, and a global apocalypse is another imminent threat.
I’m still in season one but hopefully, by the time you get my next email, I would have finished the series (if work doesn’t finish me first). Try to watch Umbrella Academy. Thank me later.
Don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions comments or suggestions for me and please feel free to reply to any of the newsletters, do let me know if you liked this Issue. I’d like to know how you are doing and what you are up to.
