In the spirit of doing first things first, I'd like to welcome you to the month of November!Happy New Month!It's a new month, again. And yeah, it's almost Christmas!🥳My street people are already blowing fireworks lol. But that's by the way.

I'd like you to take this moment to reflect on how this year has been. Did you accomplish your goals? Did you save that money? (In this economy ) Did you meet new people? Or did you procrastinate, again?😂

I mean, it's fine; there's still a couple more days left, and I'm rooting for you to accomplish your goals!

You might be wondering who's behind the pen on this edition of DCG. Well, I'm Rhema, and I look forward to writing to you, and even meeting you in person!

Now, let's dive into some of the hottest gist in the tech industry right now.

1. OpenAI has launched a new search feature within ChatGPT. This feature will enable one to search on the AI software rather than heading over to any search engine. Now, this move is seen as a direct challenge to Google’s dominance in the search market. Who knows, Google might strike back with their own AI engine . 

2. Google Maps’ AI-Powered Recommendations: Google Maps is now leveraging its Gemini AI to offer personalized recommendations based on user reviews. This new feature aims to provide more accurate and helpful suggestions for places to visit. Pretty good move? Let's watch and see

Now, a productivity tip for the road🤝:

Academic activities are about to resume fully, and yes, you might find it hard to balance school, work, the online course you're taking, or even your gym life. 

If you're finding it hard to balance a lot of activities and it's killing your productivity. I'd like to recommend a video for you. It is a TED talk, and it has helped me a lot to stay productive and not get burnt out. Instead of balancing, rather harmonize. Want to know more? Check out the YouTube video here:

Considering the year is almost gone, I want you to go all out in becoming the best version of yourself. Lock in. Take that course, learn that language, or start exercising. Do whatever you want to do. As the Nike mantra says, Just Do It. You'll be surprised that by the end of the year, you'll look back and say WOW, I DID THIS!

And for those who have stayed consistent for the past ten months, you're doing great! I want to see you accomplish all your goals by the end of Big 24".

Remember, consistency is not about frequency, it is about identity. The moment you shift your focus from "I have to do this" to "This is who I am",  consistency becomes effortless.
